Our name is a play on words, combining Annie’s name with our passion for traditional French cooking techniques. We are a family-owned and family-run business that wants nothing more than to share the food we love with our customers.
It is usual to see one or both of us in the kitchen – as qualified chefs, we’re hands-on with everything that leaves our kitchen. From our flaky almond croissants to decadent and beautiful wedding cakes, it doesn’t leave the kitchen unless we would be happy to eat it.
